“Mark Sleggs was known to me before he started at Century 21. I had considered other brokers, but hadn't found anyone I was comfortable with until Mark. I knew he would be honest, work in my best interest, and be mindful of my feelings. Because the property was listed just before the holiday season, Mark let me know there might not be much interest in it until after the New Year, which was what happened. I just left everything in his hands. I did check out the online advertising and thought it was well done. Because it was rental property, one of my concerns was the interruptions to my tenants' lives. Mark did a very good job dealing with that situation.
