“Our property was a unique commercial property and not easy to see its potential. It took quite a while to find any interested party to even view it. Mark persisted and was instrumental in negotiating a price we could live wth. We and the buyer both came away feeling like we made the best deal we could.”

“Mark was an excellent agent who was with us from start to finish in the sale process. He was most helpful as the sale progressed and helped us complete several crucial tasks by the end of the sale -- we would have not been able to do it without him. Mark's professionalism and courtesy/respect for others are top notch -- he's the calm in a storm and always has a thoughtful answer.”

“Mark Sleggs is super easy to work with. He had a lot of consideration, patience in the prep stages, was very helpful by lending a helping hand, showed professionally, sold quickly and processed in good time... I love that he wasn’t pushy or rushed but he was prompt when you needed him. Highly recommend.”

“This was not a fancy lakeside property. It was a farmhouse that had issues, (bees, frozen pipes, repair requirements). Mark dealt with all issues and problems keeping buyers interested and ultimately completed the sale at our asking price.

I feel certain we will be working with Mark again when we decide to sell some of our other properties in the area.”

“Mark is wonderful to work with. He is highly professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. I had so many questions along the home purchase process, but Mark was very patient, and he has answered all of my questions thoughtfully and clearly. Mark has put in extra time and effort to find us the right home for my family. Even though there were unexpected challenges during the process, Mark was greatly helpful and reliable to go through the obstacles. I'm extremely thankful to him for his work. I'd highly recommend Mark to other customers no matter whether they are first-time homebuyers or experienced buyers.”

“I would highly recommend Mark Sleggs to others that are looking to purchase or sell their home. Mark was always available to answer any questions that I may of had, if he didn’t know the answer at the time he would find out the answer and get back to me in a timely matter. It was a difficult time for my daughter and I to move with the Corona virus in full swing. My daughter and I are both essential workers and we’re both working extra hours during this time. Mark even offered to help us move!!! Thanks again for everything Mark.”

“Mark Sleggs was known to me before he started at Century 21. I had considered other brokers, but hadn't found anyone I was comfortable with until Mark. I knew he would be honest, work in my best interest, and be mindful of my feelings. Because the property was listed just before the holiday season, Mark let me know there might not be much interest in it until after the New Year, which was what happened. I just left everything in his hands. I did check out the online advertising and thought it was well done. Because it was rental property, one of my concerns was the interruptions to my tenants' lives. Mark did a very good job dealing with that situation. I feel Mark did a very good job for me and knowing him as I do I feel he would do the same for every client.”
